Isn’t the home plate ump the same guy who royally botched a call as the first base ump last year?
He calls a ball foul, then called it fair which gave an opposing team runs. Something like that
It was horrific.
That strike 2 call was maybe the worst ball/strike call I’ve seen in years.

I’m glad LSU is crushing this weekend but these teams are not a challenge for the Tigers. We need to step up in competition besides the SEC.

I know it’s not a major issue but I can’t stand when I open the ESPN app to turn on the game and have to scroll through dozens of other sporting events none of which feature a program like LSU who is currently #1.

I agree to a certain extent. I’m the biggest Astro fan around, but if the 2017 World Series didn’t last 4 plus hours per game and catchers not talking to pitchers after every batter, we wouldn’t be going down this road. MLB and NCAA I think have taken this way too far.
