Chase Clement
i know it would be retarted.

but that's just what i heard from a souce close to him.

but just think if Clement did redshirt, I say he'd be in the rotation as a Redshirt Fresh. Starting by Soph.

I'm pretty sure you guys are thinking of Tyler Edwards switch to FB. He is only 6'3, so that would make a little more sense. Both were big time DEs in hs.

seen him as a kid, and in high school. kid has a hard time putting one foot in front of the other sometimes and has a bad attitude. i don't doubt our coaches but from what i've seen from him i don't see how he can start at this level. i could be wrong though, hope i am. well i hope he turns out to be a quality football player for our team.

Maybe you guys know whats going on, but I saw him play in that high school all-star game at Nicholls at the end of last season, and from what I saw, he needs to be redshirted. I thought to myself, that kid is big, but has a long way to go before setting foot on the field at LSU. Maybe he wasn't putting forth a good effort, I don't know, but he wasn't all that impressive. But hey, the coaches know a hell of a lot more than I do, thats for sure.

Clement definately cannot be on the field this year for LSU. If he is, then there is alot that I havn't seen from this kid in the past 4 years in High School that he learned over night.

If he redshirts he'll be a A lot better off, and that's what's best for him.

Geaux Chase! and Make the Thibodaux area proud of you!..

Redshirt... Book It

He will be a good one for LSU, just not this year. He may rotate in some next year, but he will have to wait a while.

Most other schools, he hits the field in some capacity. At LSU, there is a boat load of talent waiting in front of him.

Hard to see him hitting the field ahead of Alem, Livingston, Corley and Johnson. Assuming of course that Tyson and Pittman are the starters.
