I can believe that Cam asked the QBs to remove their headsets so that he can talk to Miles about his frustration with interference with the playcalling.
I don't believe for a second that Miles would tolerate anyone short of Alleva "bitching at him" or yelling at him.

Hence why the coaches always cite execution. While some of it is the other team disrupting you or exploiting holes in coverage, the coaching staff also needs to make adjustments early in the game.
