I have no clue if that will hapen or not, or if its a deal breaker and this wont happen. The fact that they signed new deals wont be the deciding factor however as none of the deals include buyouts.

If these assistants signed extensions than there is no way they leave with Chavis even if that was a possibility. Maybe they could do it but it would make 0 sense.

You are correct, I dont. It is however what A&M insiders (and posters on the LSU 247 board) are saying. Besides, buyouts are excedingly unusual when it comes to the contracts of position coaches. Only two position coaches in the SEC currently have buyouts.
