He was always this crazy. The amount of mental focus it took for him to have the success he did from 2017-2019 was virtually humanly impossible.
It was never sustainable, but damn what he somehow managed to do was ridiculously impressive given the person that he is.

Responsible is doing a frick ton of lifting in that statement. Once O had to actually hire his own staff and run a consistent program he proved that he wasn't qualified to run a defense let alone a program.
