You mean sorta like when Glenn Dorsey's had 18 total tackles & Zero sacks playing for Nick Hasban?

Bama did score an offensive TD against Tulane. Scored one offensive TD and two on special teams. Played their worst game of the year and still won by two TD's. Using that game as a barometer for how good Bama is in 2008 is faulty at best. Not saying Bama will beat LSU or win the West....just pointing out that, that one game isn't what you should expect when the Tide rolls into Red Stick next month. My question to you is.....LSU hadn't played a team worth a crap until last night and then got blown out by 30. Why should anyone be scared of LSU right now? I think LSU stands a much better chance of beating a soft UGA team than a physical Bama team. Of course, LSU will lose both if they don't improve in a hurry. USC is dangerous too.

I do not think that will be the case, they spent a ton of time in the red zone against TN yesterday and did not manage to score a ton of points, but we will have to find an answer to Moreno. I think we can beat Georgia in TS.

Maybe Bama is better, but I can't say that right now for certain. They didn't score an offensive TD against Tulane.

Yes they did. Ingram ran one in for 6 in the second half. Just sayin.

Thanks for the congrat's. You guys looked like we did against Ole Miss. It's one game. Get it fixed and get back out there. It's hard to be as hungry the year after a natty title. You guys will be in the hunt to go to Atlanta. We still have alot of work to do to get there as well. The one thing I will say is that if we do meet in the SECCG, I hope RJF is still giving interviews. We really appreciate him giving our boys a little extra motivation.

hope LSU doesn't have to see Florida again until next year. Come Vandy or Kentucky to win the east.

If you want a National Championship, they must play UF again and avenge their only loss.

If you want an SEC Championship, you can wish for Vandy.

Uh...yes we did. Mark Ingram scored on a 15-yard run late in the 3rd.

You have a young qb and not quite the same defense as last years. Good teams will exploit the qbs and force you to throw...and thats where you cant hide the inexperience at qb. They will be much better next year. My guess is that you lose 2 more games, but will still have a great bowl game. Chins up. Remember we had a very very young defense last year...but we did keep scores close because of # 15 Thank God. Im hoping we play as hard the rest of the way and not take anyone lightly. SEC is too tough to look ahead.
Next year Im not sure about the defense but you guys will have a better qb situation. RP could have been a big help this year for you.

Of course it is, and I expect Bama's best shot on Nov. 8th. I've just seen Bama play 2 games this year where they weren't very good, so that makes them beatable.

Because LSU has a load of talent. Our schemes were exposed last night, so change has to be made. If change doesn't occur, we won't beat Bama, plain and simple. There are no coaches in the SEC sitting at the office today saying they are no longer concerned about playing LSU. If they are, they'll lose to us.

point is, if we get better everyweek from here on out, i dont see a reason why we couldnt have a shot at florida if we get it.

Well, we'll have a better idea after the USC game if the SECCG is even a possibility

I just cant see a DT being worth 30 points, I mean maybe an Alan Page or Sapp in his prime.

What from last night makes you think LSU would beat UF a second time around? I gaurantee you this, Bama would not have gotten beat by 30. Personally, I think Bama and UF are both a good bit better than LSU this year.

what from last night makes anyone thnk that LSU could beat any team in the world?

LSU did not play as well as they are capable of playing. Florida played flawless football (of course, just like any team that plays us does). Florida will not always play flawless football and LSU will not always play D+ football.

I would love another shot at Florida, now that their "revenge factor is completely gone now." I think that we would win if we played Florida again.

our D against the spread on the fast track = at least 50 pts for Teabag and co again

A very ignorant statement. You must be trying to make things easier on yourself in the future if LSU loses again. Then you would be able to say " I told you so," and you wouldnt feel as bad about yourself.

I am not crazy. I believe LSU has an amazing chance to get to the SEC champ game. Gettin our arse beat last night was probably a good thing for us.

LSU will not lose more than 1 game the rest of the year.
