I doubt Days will make starting five. Too many other bigger or better athletes on this team.
Stupid, unbelievably stupid.

Considering he transferred I don’t think Days has to worry

Lil Dickey said he used to do it but stopped because at some point it felt like giving head instead of receiving it.

That was a joke!
The expert on all things LSU was predicting Knight would be our leading scorer, a few weeks back.

I agree 100% on this.
The lack of defense can sometimes be a lack of athleticism from a team. I think for the most part at LSU it is a lack of commitment...starting with the head coach.
You get what you put up with defensively. Sometimes people have to catch some pine to learn how to play defense.

I suppose most expect Reid, Pinson, and Miller to start?
Wade said,
"Eason is three times the player he thought he was getting".
He said
"Murray is a great shooter and a relentless defender".
Wilkinson, who started some last season "is greatly improved".
"Fudge was our best shot blocker last season, in practice".
He can also handle the ball, shoot the three, and can drive to the rim.
"Oneal is healthy and is much improved".
If Days starts we should be a great team.

Only choice he had was to come back
True, and I'd rather see him come off the bench instead of starting. Hope Days proves me completely wrong about him, but I just don't see where he's that good except for an occasional game here & there when his shot is dropping.

I believe it would feel like that immediately.

My guess.
1. Pinson
2. Miller
3. Wilkinson...maybe Murray starts at some point.
4. Eason...Days makes it interesting if he does return.

Days is perfect for this team right now. We need a solid shooter but also he brings leadership, experience, and most of all, a lot of hustle. He has almost always been the hardest worker out there and with a young team, those intangibles are valuable. I’m stoked and hope he balls out.

Good news. I hope the young man works on his game under the glass; he can be very effective there. He needs to be more than an occasionally hot three point shooter.

If Days is coming back, he is starting at the 3

That's uge news! Not only from an on court perspective, but to have a real senior team leader, who's all about LSU to guide the young guys and transfers...what a pull by the General!
Now, if he could become a little more consistent. That's been my only complaint with Days. Some games you get 17/10, some 3/5. Even if he lands in the middle, but does it consistently, that's a great foundation to build the rest of the offense around.
If I'm not mistaken, Days is the first player recruited by Wade to make it to his senior year. Been fun watching him and the program develop into a winner.
