Yeah, the Pappy may be for show. That Michters is a damn fine bourbon too, looks like he cracked that one open.

I like him already...if he smokes cigars too, then he’s a straight up dude!

With a collection like that, he has to smoke some stogies

In my personal top 2 and it ain't 2.

Used to be the best bargain around, now it's priced absurdly high in my area sadly.

I just want to comment on how this was such a wholesome thread lol. Ton of negativity in the rant but this one was just beautiful haha

Blanton’s is my fav on that table.

This is not a good message to send to his new staff. This is terrible.

I need to try McKenna. Heard good things.

I am not a fan of the Bulleit rye (or many ryes period), but love the Bulleit Barrel Strength.

I see some Elijah Craig peaking out in there, too. Small batch FTW.

As for a good economical bourbon that you can sip or mix, I tried Larceny recently and really like it. Not in his collection, but the Eagle Rare discussion made me think of it.

New coaching hires on his staff are worthy of a toast.

Sidebar but relevant b/c of booze and LSU Football DC.

Aranda's wife chugging Boone's Farm at our Tailgate before Bama 2016 will always bring warm and fuzzies to my heart.
She was really nice and fit in well down here.

Waco has some surprisingly good watering holes and nightlife.
