I have no idea... But just personally I think he gets his degree, his family is well off so it wouldn't be a $$ decision

Sanchez is the main one I want gone. I never agreed with the hire. Grewe is okay, but I didn't know about internal riffs between players/coaches. If he is causing division, he should be gone too.

That really shouldn't be the biggest complaint with him, its the lack of consistent hitting

I'm not doubting that either of those guys isn't coaching at LSU next year, mostly because of what Mainieri said earlier today, but I doubt lsuroadie has any kind of inside info, he might, but doubting it

Well, I'm just pointing out one of his many obvious flaws. Like Bill said, Javi was never qualified to come here, period. He doesn't have the experience to touch a major program like LSU. We're not a program that can allow a coach to learn as he goes. We don't know what goes on behind the scenes but I think it is safe to blame some of the hitting slumps on Sanchez...

i guess that's why there is a coaching comittee meeting scheduled,and i ran across a diamond club member yesterday,and he wasn't happy

There are a lot of people "in the know" on this board. And it sucks for the legit ones because there are 4 frauds using water cooler gossip for every 1 legit source.

He has said that he won't make adjustments until after the season so that tells me it's coaching changes. Hopefully he brings in good coaches and not just friends of his. Get a pitching coach who has actually coached pitchers and a hitting coach who knows how to teach kids to hit/bunt. And please find someone to replace Will Davis, whatever he does. The guy is so awkward out there.

Some of the players really like Bogie's, too. That doesn't mean we're going to set up batting cages in the parking lot because of it.
The kids don't need a best friend. Maineri had to go through that with Sanchez in 2009. They need a hitting coach. Whenever I hear guys talk about how "the players love" Sanchez, that just irks me.
Plenty of guys are "players" favorites. That does not infer that they can coach a lick. Look at the results at the plate & on the basepaths. This guy is in over his head.
