After each game, I receive an email to participate in a post game survey on how to improve the game day experience. After each home game I make comments regarding concessions, video board, piped in music, etc. etc.
After the Auburn game the only comment I submitted was that the post game surveys were a waste of time. That nothing has changed season after season. That LSU takes the fans for granted and they wonder why attendance is down and why fans leave at halftime.. I finished asking to take me off the survey email since it’s a waste of time.

I agree I have asked for better concessions also...it never changes...l don't buy anything anymore

The sound issues in Tiger Stadium blow my mind. We spend a shitload of money adding multiple video boards, purple and gold lights under the bowl so it looks cool from Nicholson, improved drainage, and God knows what else. But we can’t figure out how to make Dan Borne’s voice audible in 50+% of the seats?
It’s not an easy thing to fix by any means. It takes a lot of attention to detail with regards to speaker placement, directionality, volume levels, delay timing, etc… but it’s not some inconceivable engineering feat either and there are people who specialize in this kind of work.

I don’t buy concessions either. I do all my eating at the tailgate. But I look at the food people around me bring back from the concession stand. It’s so disappointing. .

With all the fantastic free food available in the parking lot just by talking to a few tailgators why would anyone want to order a main food item at the concession stand?

Yeah they have a lot of game experience problems and should take a hard look over the next decade to address.
1. The concession situation sucks arse- Aramark is 1/2 the problem. The other 1/2 is the limited space on the sidelines to expand. They need to look at completely gutting the concourses and start from scratch. The south endzone is 200x better than the sidelines or north once they took the dorms out.
2. Audio situation is terrible. I understand the need for the pipes in music but you either can’t hear it or its echoing like frick.
3. Seating in general - they need to look at removing all the bleachers and putting in seat backs. We’d lose some seats but it would be worth it. Maybe even make a sideline club between the 40s in the lower bowl with even nicer seats and access to somewhere.
I’m not even going to mention traffic, etc…

I've heard the guy that manages the concessions for LSU is the problem....he refuses to change how things are run and that's why we have such horrible concessions...

In the section I was at (241 I think), the nearest concession stand was out of hot dogs 20 minutes before the game even started and out of sausage when I went back in the 2nd half. How the **** does that happen?!??

I like the Louisiana fare but at least make it good. The gumbo is watery. The boudin is okay but not great. The jambalaya is weak.
Pasta dishes are meh.
It’s just generally mediocre.
Get some local restaurants to come in and show off their stuff. Get some prime rib! Maybe some poboys. Maybe a soft shell crab dish when they in season. Where the shrimp at!?
