And McMahon won 31 games and a first round tournament game. I didn’t ask what Wade has done in the past. I commented on what he is currently doing based on people like you and your metrics. Not mine.

Woo! How has he done at LSU?
0-1 already in conference in Year 4 with his new found war chest.
Our program is currently a joke.

Florida won the natty with the 63rd ranked roster
you have before made the the argument that McMahon was well funded and should have done well because his recruits were ranked 13th or whatever.
now you are countering this argument by showing player/roster ranks don't mean much.
data that would strengthen your anti-mcmahon argument would be showing that Florida was underfunded but still won. but you don't have those numbers. showing that the roster was ranked poorly but they did well actually weakens your argument that McMahon should have won with a 13th ranked class

Strength of schedule according to sports reference
NC State- 21
LSU- 157
NC State- 21
LSU- 157

Now is this factoring in lowkey powerhouse SMU?

Only based on your idiotic theory that coaching doesn’t matter which I don’t share. You’re using your argument and claiming it’s mine. Dishonest as always

exactly, so how do you know?

you believe whole heartedly LSU's statement...with 3 weeks left to go in the season...that it had one of the lowest NIL budgets in the SEC...without any actual proof of that being the case
I don't believe that all I simply challenge you to disprove it, and you never can. I don't claim to know anything, my claim is that your claims are not based in any data you are willing to show us.

lol when he says “based on what they’re doing right now” he means last game. They both lost so his point makes zero sense but one will make the tourney and the other won’t and it won’t matter to him one bit. Losing = winning and winning = losing in his mind.

And his POY candidate has scored 1,8 and 7 point in last 3 games. Am I to assume he’s not being coached properly . Not being used properly? Because that’s what I heard about Sutton.

Yep. In fact, he has said that wins and losses don’t matter to him. To be fair, I think that’s how it is on the playground so he’s just carrying over that mindset.

He’s been injured. Why do you pretend you watch basketball?

Maybe McMahon has been a master at getting relatively highly ranked recruiting classes on the cheap?
maybe, but also maybe he has gotten the benefit of some local guys like Jordan wright and cam Carter taking a pay cut to go home, and maybe the rank reflects to some extent volume and not quality, because he is replacing more people. a theoretical team that is good and replaced one guy who left would have a poor recruiting ranking, and that would help you understand why the recruiting ranking has limitations in terms of analysis

I really don’t care to be honest. McMahon is paid well to figure this out. And yet for the fourth year running, he is proving to have no answers.
Admit it. He’s a terrible fit here. Once you recognize that, the world will open up for you. You don’t have to continue living this way.

If you want to compare these two coaches and believe any objective person would think McMahon is better choice, that is on you.
What happened at LSU when Wade lost his PG against a Top 10 team...his backup stepped up and LSU won the game.
Injuries are part of the game, no doubt. But was Thomas going to flip the rebounding stats, -8 overall and -8 on the offensive glass. McMahon's teams are soft defensively and soft on the glass. That hasn't changed in 4 years and the influx of talent didn't really move the needle (even against our joke of a non-conference schedule).

You know damn well what he was referencing.

Of the two top 20 classes in those years McMahon’s teams finished 49 and 50 out of 52 teams. How come everyone else who gets highly ranked classes wins but he doesn’t?
