I definitely think their team does. Don't penalize the team that played a great game for some a-hole fans.

ULL's performance was underwhelming. I was expecting much more from their lineup after seeing the numbers they compiled during the regular season.
In their 3 games against teams not named Jackson State they only managed to get 12 hits.

I somewhat agree with you, at least ur reference to kentucky. Hell, ive bever posted on another teams board. Dont really see the point, esp to talk shite to a team that is better than you.

Tiger droppings is one of the best college sports board on the Internet. Is why people stay around. One of the reasons it's so big is because other teams fans stick around. Not that hard to understand why other fans post on here.

Yes...they had a great year. This team won 20 more games than last year, was a 2 seed and have only 2 seniors on the team.
The Boutte kid last night pitched a very good game. Our pitching was better. To hold that team to 3 hits was pretty solid because this team can swing.
And, for the record, out of courtesy I do refer to them as UL in social circles not to offend anyone. I personally liked USL and hated when they changed the name but I can understand why they did it. However, they are officially, UL-L.

it's truly amazing that everyday there is someone who starts a thread about UL and is so condescending about a team who "is nothing", a university that "doesn't exist outside of Lafayette". I am damn proud of my team, my university, and all of the shite that goes with it. Are we up to par with a #3/4 team in the nation? Neaux. But it baffles my mind that some of you say, "The sun belt sucks, you only have good numbers bc of the sun belt, it's not sec blah blah" AND THEN you turn around and say, "this was a lackluster performance, i am so disappointed...their stats were stacked" 
There really should be a sticky for "UL bashing" because between football/baseball/softball/basketball apparently you can't get off our shite. The OP is just ignorant of baseball if he/she doesn't believe UL deserves props. We have made HUGE strides from last year in every category that matters. shite, we made huge strides from when lsu came to The Tigue this year and blew us out.
Your hatred of a "non-rival/trivial" opponent blocks any TRUE judgment of my team.
As far as the shitty fans, let's face it you have MORE than your fair share. BUT you also have more fans overall. So statistically speaking you will always have more shitty fans. I don't know a single person who hates lsu bc they "want to be like lsu". Every person I know who despises lsu does so bc of encounters with people like the OP, a true horses arse.

The fans at the game were civilized and actually a pleasant surprise compared to other regionals. It may have been mostly family and friends.
