Apparently, an elderly man with an LSU hat was confused for an elderly man with a MAGA hat, so the peaceful protestor should not face any prosecution and according to reports, the elderly man was paying restitution.

If the guy really worked at the stadium, you'd think LSU could ID all of their employees or contractors.

There is no doubt we have white scum in this country. Hell, we have a lot. The reason people are saying what they are is bc when a white person attacks someone that’s black, the race of the attacker is in the damn headline. In this incident the attacker was black and it’s not even listed in the Advocate article at all.
