If you're judging by his pro career, that's unfair, given that he played for a dreadful team.

All I know is the Mannings live, go to school, and work in Louisiana and show no respect no loyality, and seem to hate this state and our people. This state and our colleges don't need them. LSU has won 4 Natty's without the help of one fricking Manning.

If the Mannings are "OleMiss", why did Peyton go to Tennessee and Arch go to Texas? I can kinda understand Peyton going to Tennessee because we sucked at that point. But you're telling me that Eli and now Arch won't come to LSU when we've been on top of the world? They might live in New Orleans but they are not Louisianians. F em.

At the time he came out OM was under NCAA investigation and it was thought they would go on probation. In the mid 90s this was a real threat and problem.

Aside from being factual incorrect no one is obligated to root for a particular college just because they were born in that state and if they were why would it be LSU and not Tulane which is closer to where they live? Or UL? USL? Nicholls? La Tech…..
I know someone that went to Newman when Cooper was there. She didn’t got to LSU, is she not a “Louisianan”?
But thanks for proving my point you’re just butt hurt they didn’t go to LSU. Be happy with all the out of state players we get like not an Ohioan Joe Burrow or not a Californian JD5.

Maybe he wanted a different path and didn’t want to be compared to his Uncle and grandpa? Maybe they don’t like Kiffin or maybe he had other QBs he liked better? Maybe he just liked Sark and Texas better? No one owes any school anything just because they are in the same state.
