Florida has manufactured this rivalry perfectly. We’ve been doing this for years and they finally figured out a way to make it real instead of forced.

What's crazy is it isn't a forced cross divisional rivalry at all. We've played every year since the early 70s and if you disregard I believe less than 3 off years, continuously since like the 50's. Florida is one of LSUs most played opponents and has been since long before permanent opponents. It makes complete sense that they're our permanent opponent when you look at team histories. Both teams just so happen to have other major rivals ahead of this one. I love playing the game and I'm in favor of it every year because I want to see LSU play good teams. It's just more fun. But I do agree within the last few years Florida has really accelerated it with some of the shite they've pulled. This is college football, the petty shite is what separates it and makes it fun. I say bring it on.

The quarterback position is the most important position on the field. Dan Mullin van flat out coach QBs. He has a talented roster.
That will be a 60/40 game UF advantage.
They really don’t need motivation.

Worst road game venue in the SEC, for a whole host of reasons.

Except at QB. Even Dan can’t polish turds into diamonds. He has some mediocre QBs at Miss St up till Dak.

Can we expect an extra-special memorial service for any Gator Champions who went on to become murderers?

Their head coach is legit and they'll have plenty to cheer about soon enough.

UF is at Tennessee and at Miss. State before we roll in. We'll be fine here.

Tulane students letting a live tiger out of its habitat to roam about is fun (and hilarious).
Two limpdick ADs having a public pissing contest is just sad and embarrassing, especially from Florida's side.

Florida roads games are always tough, even when Florida is fielding a shitty team.

so we wouldn't honor our national championship team during halftime of one of our games?
I don’t believe we’d go out of our way to do it against the team we beat. We aren’t petty as frick like that. We raised the 2003 national championship flag during week one in ‘04 against Oregon State and the ‘07 celebration got an off-season day during a chilly January (maybe February) ... and the last time we trotted out a baseball championship team onto the field at Death Valley, we didn’t hand them their rings then...was just a “hey this is our championship baseball team”, read some stats and then they got a “Tiger Stadium Salute” and then that was it.
