They have the best stop in Scott smoked boudin at my grocery store but they were out. Next time they have it I’ll try it.

Boiling shrimp later tonight

Espinacas con Garbanzos (Spinach with Garbanzo Beans) is done. Will have some with sourdough bread to tide us over until the shrimp.

Some kind of vodka or gin cocktail with lime. Bought a huge bag of limes that need using.

Variety of beers.
