Your boy Johnny would've made it a nail biter, full of fish mouth staring and an inability of his players being able to inbound the ball.

Ben Simmons was the downfall of Coach Jones. Any coach can win with top talent.

Surely the irony of this statement is not lost on you? Johnny Jones is living breathing proof that a coach can indeed fail to win with top talent.

TSU was playing a larger opponent, which is different than the cupcake team that LSU played last night

TSU is the cupcake team.

I expect big things from Coach Jones this year (taking into account the size and resources of TSU).

So, you have a built in excuse for if TSU sucks. You'll blame it on the size and resources.

I also expect big things from LSU this year, but it is wait and see at this point. LSU needs to get through the easy, "give me" games first.

So, Jones is the man because he beat Baylor, but we have to take a wait and see approach for LSU, who destroyed Southeastern.

So, by your own admission, any coach should have been able to win with Simmons. Yet, Jones did not win with Simmons. So what does that say about him as a coach?

And if Jones couldn't win with top talent, you expect him to win with shitty talent?

You are a special kind of stupid.

He's one of the worst coaches I've ever seen. Truly, an embarrassment.

That doesn't include Horsnby who was a perfect college shooting guard role player.

Hornsby missing 13 games that year is overlooked. Big reason that team never gelled and lacked success.

Baylor would be favored easily to beat TSU. Coach Jones pulled off the win.

LSU was expected and favored to beat Southeastern. It was a game against a cupcake team for LSU. We'll just have to wait and see how Wade does against the real competition. If LSU doesn't win the SEC, it was exactly how I said it is: big talk.

Remember that time when we had a 13 point lead with 7 minutes to go against NCST in the first round of the NCAA tournament?.. good times with Johnny Jones there. Give Wade that team and at bare minimum you have an elite 8 run

Johnny’s teams are almost better with no talent. He doesn’t do anything with talent when he has it.

So he really is a Dale Brown disciple.

I like Johnny. Glad he found a team that will try for him.
