He's actually said he thinks the PMAC needs premium seating already, there are ways to do it, but don't act like he doesn't think about things like that, there's not an aspect of this program that he doesn't think about or have input on and that includes facilities

You obviously missed when I asked what would it take to make LSU a destination job. I guess I didn't explain when I meant for Wade to stay. It would be great if he laid a foundation but I meant what would it take to keep him here. I'm not in convinced in LSU making another hire to sustain success.

I'll take your word for it and he obviously knows more than I do. It would cost a lot but if that what it takes to keep here I'm all for it.

I agree,but that's also why I said it may be more cost effective to just start from scratch and build a state of the art 21st century arena

It’s amazing how some posters don’t understand what it takes to win in b-ball..the turn around with this roster and recruiting is amazing but the practice and preaching about DEFENSE is what wins games..
When you hear him speak about “turkeys”’and the other 4-5 categories that they try to fill in PRACTICE as well as in games, you know these are the reasons we are progressing in this direction.
Wade is a winner with a strategy to build and work at becoming great, it’s exactly what the past coaches have not had. They just went out and played..but it takes more than that.
You do whatever it takes to keep this guy bc we won’t get another one like him. Honestly, there aren’t many like him.

Solocam, there are about a half dozen schools in the country, and yes we are one of them, that give a rat's arse about baseball. If you walk 15 feet off of any of those half dozen campuses, nobody GIVES A shite ABOUT COLLEGE BASEBALL. When Wade has this program rolling, it will rival the national and local attention of our fb team. In the good Dale years I have seen and lived this. College baseball is nothing but a niche sport, and because there is a strong minor league system and colleges have to split up 4.6543219 scholarships among there 25-30 players, it will remain so! To be clear, I want LSU to win every fb, men's bb, and baseball game they play, but one of those 3 really doesn't belong with the other 2.

Surely you can see the shape of the program now compared to the JJ error, I mean era.

Solocam, I hope you are right because I do like baseball (just not as much as men's hoops and fb), but I am old enough to remember the days before Skip, and we couldn't draw flies to the old box. If baseball loses for years like pre-Skip, that will happen again.
