When she was an All-American and a Natl Champion, she was OUR a$$hole. Now she’s gone who really cares about the WNBA. Clark is Batman and the WNBA needs their Joker. She’s made as much money as any WNBA player can make. There are 40 players with better or similar talent like Reese but she is the one making the cabbage. She did at LSU what no one female has ever done. 2 time All-American and Natty. Semoine was better but outside of LSU and WNBA nobody know who she is. Reese is a known commodity. In WBB any publicity is good publicity.

Let's just go ahead and put it out there. You have white Caitlin Clark that is shown drenched in sweat, practicing in her home gym, shooting a 1000 balls a day. She's more concerned with her craft than her brand. Then you have black Angel who's shown making sure her fake eyelashes are long enough, and more worried about her brand while wearing one leg sleeve instead of practicing, and can't make a shot in a game. Caitlin reminds us older guys of a certain White Hope that entered the NBA in the late 70's, who would out work and out hustle every black player in the league, and could back it up with performance in the game.

This is accurate. You didn’t need the white/black in there though.
Just two different types of players. reese’s people know she can’t rely on her skill on the court to make $$$ so they are focusing on everything off the court.

She's the initial study of the value of the college brand when it comes to NIL. Think back to the spring football leagues (USFL & XFL). They couldn't fill the U of Houston stadium with better players than the college games that were played in the same stadium a few months before. How many followers would she have if IG came out after she went pro vs what she gained in college?
