He is a statue relative to most modern NFL QBs. And he’s tiny. So not a great combo
He is not a statue compared to Peyton Manning.

Peyton manning hasn’t played in 11yrs
And was a 6’5” monster

Nuss is a great QB
Lol
He played, period. He didn't perform at all.
Was He hurting at times? I guess.
He played, his choice, his results. He could have sat for any of the gimme games and rest. He didnt

I've always felt Baker Mayfield was a good comp...both in size and style of play (though Mayfield was a more willing runner). Both probably have more arm strength than their stature suggests. Both have a lot of self confidence they can make any throw. Both have flashes of brilliance, but it's often inconsistent.
Nuss certainly didn't have a great offensive plan to work with at LSU. But he also made a lot of bonehead plays on his own that made things worse. Plays he was making as a freshman under O and his offensive staff and still making in year 5. The ridiculous spin away from pressure where he can't run away from the chasing defender. The forced throws into to traffic when the play just isn't there.
If he goes to a team without a firmly established starting QB he will probably do some things that give coaches pause to give him a shot in a game. But he's not someone anyone is looking at now, saying "there's our guy"

Nuss is getting scared of getting hit. Even in the senior bowl video he was more worried about getting hit than passing the ball.

But if he goes to a bad team, he's going to get destroyed and the injuries are going to pile up.
Are you basing that on the NFL history of Burrow and Daniels?
Has either played a complete season since making the NFL?
Wasn't Daniels injured his first season at LSU, and then again in the SEC Championship game vs Georgia.
Hell, Mahomes, who is very elusive, was injured this season .
If you are elusive you just take more chances, it seems.

He's nowhere near the level of either of those QB's both in processing and pocket movement/escapability. He's a sitting duck back there with a bad OL. Without two NFL OT this year, he was awful in the pocket.

He sucked when we were paying him 7 figures. You can make excuses all you want, but moral victories mean jack shite. He sucked when it mattered. Full stop.
No shite he had a core injury which is a key part of your throwing motion.

Two NFL OT who couldn't gain a foot running the ball if the game depended on it.
When Nuss had two NFL Ready tackles he threw for over 4ooo yards.
Name his receivers.
Name Burrow's Receivers.
Name Daniels' Receivers.
How did Nuss perform vs Georgia. when he had Nabers, Thomas, and Boutte?
Who had the advantage?

Man I’m not sure what he is. Consistent is he is not.

These stats are apples to oranges. We’re playing in a Different era!

He's way too good at throwing the ball to the other team for the NFL. It gets much harder and windows close much faster up there.

He’s a 6, maybe 7, player that we were paying like a 9 or 10 who, mostly due to injury it seems, performed like a 3 or 4.
