Hes the best of the best! We should overtake usc within the next 3 years
they have 12 we have 8.
I think J is a grata coach but winning 5 CWS in 3 years seems like high expectations

2 titles and more to come... LSU is going to be in a position to overtake USC here soon
I'll give you a couple of other milestones I would like to see LSU take over in my lifetime:
Most CWS appearances
1 Texas 38
2 Miami 25
3 Florida State 24
4 Arizona State 22
5 USC 21
6 LSU 20
7 Oklahoma State 20
Most CWS wins
1 Texas 88
2 USC 74
3 Arizona State 61
4 LSU 51

The biggest thing is that with 2 championships, he’s still laser focused. It’s one thing to win one, it’s another thing to maintain the same intensity to continue to win them.

We are so good some of our championships will count as 2?

He can be the greatest College Baseball Coach in the modern era.
Jay and Nick are the polar opposites of many on this board and in the LSU fan base. (Both hate and do not tolerate mediocrity)
