So would someone have to be watching from the Houston viewing area to see the LSU/Texas game?

Not sure how college works, but the astros games are on fubo and you have to be in the Houston market to get them

But Skenes is done, pitched only 1-inning.

This feels a little silly if he only threw three pitches.

Professional teams do a surprising amount of dumb shite

They follow a lot of protocols and forget logic sometimes

Yea score apps don’t track pitch by pitch data for spring training, just at-bat level data

He threw a normal inning’s worth of pitches

Thanks for the links. Skenes looked a lot better in P&G than that Pirates' abomination.

Just curious, is he velo expected to increase any more or has he pretty much maxed out?

You don’t have to be in the Houston market to get the Astros games on Fubo. The Astros network is shown on Fubo in Louisiana, and the games the Astros network televised are included.

Not every Astros game in spring training is televised on their network. Not all teams televise all of their spring training games.

Good question and I am not sure. Probably hard at this stage for a starter to go up much for a prolonged period.

It is amazing to me those pro batters handle 100 mph pitches. Years ago I was in a batting cage and they put it on 99 mph. I literally had to start swinging before the pitch was even thrown to hit it. Zero chance of holding up if it was a ball. Their reaction time and direct path to the baseball is insane.

How much is the cheapest package to get the Astros games? Shitty Charter cable here doesn’t carry space city sports network. Even mlb network blacks them out.

Look on the fubo website. I have the sports package that comes with redzone, secn, accn, big10n, etc. it’s north of $100/month. I’m pretty sure you can get the base fubo package and add on the channel the astros come on for around $80
