Did it with Orgeron's recruits and players as some would say. First season is always a wash for a new HC. But to be fair, he has been playing with a lot of leftovers from O's era that were never good like Sage.
I'm not sure how to take that honestly. Bad personnel evaluation, development, etc ? I do see a ton of busts his first few seasons from his recruiting classes though. Not enough high end talent despite all the high rankings he's getting.
