I believe he would excel at any position he wanted to play. He’s that good.

Perkins was also an elite running back in high school. I'm not saying he should do that here but...the OP's FIL is smarter than you. I AM saying that.

I do agree with you as well. Perkins was a good RB and could be used on the offensive side as well.
