I'll guess that a lot of that money is public money from Texas.
Evry sharp I've heard, including a Texas native, Paul Stone (look him up) are all on LSU in this matchup.
Think about it. Texas loses 8 on defense, and their offense finished 2018 scoring a lot of points and the QB having his best games of the year.
LSU's defense is stout.
