while i don't 100% agree with rakim's DJ, b/c it's more than just the fans, i do agree that the overall attitude is pretty awful. too many bandwagoners after the 03 and 07 NC's. too much bitterness, too much negativity, too many unrealistic expectations.
the only positive will be hopefully the herd will be thinned.

since the fans determine if LSU will bite the dust can I have a say in coaching changes, play calling, playing time, and overall practice sessions?

Thanks for the insight, I suspected the coaches and players lost those games, but I knew that couldn't be the case. Now I know. It's the damn fans. Fans better not let us down in the opener this year, damn fans.

Instead of tailgating and getting drunk before the games we should be focusing all of our chi energies into willing the Tigers to victory. If you don't want to do that then you are a shitty fan and a negatiger.

Don't forget plenty of rest, a good breakfast, and lots of stretching. I don't get why people have to wear themselves out so much before the game anyway. Most games don't start until mid-day or later.

I'll agree that we as fans sometimes are negative and criticize but we don't recruit, coach, block ,throw a pass, make or don't make a play. The downturn problem lies with the coaching staff and the players themselves. If every coach and player carries out his responsibilities,then they will be successful.It is just like a successful business. Take care of your responsibilities and accept the blame when you fail and correct the problem.

It would be nice to see the fans stay to the end instead of leaving WINNING OR LOSING. That has got to have a negative effect on the coaches and players. Besides nation wide TV showing empty seats all over the stadium in what is called the most dreaded stadium in the country to play a college football game. Show your support this season, stay till the final second ticks off or let someone have your ticket who really wants to watch the Tigers play. I had season tickets for twenty five years on the forty yard line 10 rows up behind the Tiger bench until I got priced out of them. I now have good seats in the south endzone. I look across before every game my old seats get filled sometime during the first quarter and are always empty by middle of the third quarter. Are these real Tiger fans or just someone who had the cash to get the seats. Stay to the end and support our beloved Tigers.

Hopefully we will shed many of these bandwagon fans.
The fanbase overall is fine. People are going to be pissed at other people who hold an opinion different than them. Its human nature. In the end though, Les Miles and Co. will sink or swim by their own merit. To say that LSU's problems are fan created is one of the most ludicrous things I have ever heard on this message board.

Sound advice. I would also tell all TRUE fans to refrain from lovemaking on nights prior to LSU games. Unless, of course. you want the team to lose.
