I don’t like players being punks. Not happy with attitude and team unity.

I will be either Game 5 or Game 6 tomorrow. Either 10 am or 12:30 pm
It's Game 5 at 12:30. Game 6 is the loser's bracket

No one. He’s typically a dipshit

It was said Ward was being a punk, but I was listening and didn’t see anything. I’d like to know more about that as well.

They are picked to contend for the MAC title and coached by a guy, John Groce, who has taken 3 different schools (including Akron last season) to the NCAA Tournament. This will be the best opponent LSU's has played to date. Maybe the best opponent they will play in the entire tournament

I agree, but it is also worth noting that they lost at home to Mississippi State 73-54. If we can't win this one, it will be a LONG year in the SEC...

It wasn't at home. They played at a neutral site in Philly, but yea should be a very winnable game for the tigers considering state was one of the few teams projected to finish lower than LSU in the SEC

I agree that FloSports is a rip off but I paid it. You don't have to pay for an annual access. It is $30 a month and you can cancel anytime. The streaming is crystal clear which wasn't the case last year and the announcers aren't horrible. The good thing is that they archive all games and you can see them for as long as you pay. So I didn't have to watch the game at 10:00 but could wait until it was over and then watch the recorded game and fast forward through commercials, promo spots and halftime. As long as you don't see the score beforehand this works great.
Tigers were at their sharpest in the first half and K.J. Williams was unstoppable. Second half was sloppy and our 27 point lead got down to 17 at the end but it was never in doubt. If Miller had hit his three's and Reed his free throws we would have had a huge blowout.

You must be new to college basketball. Odd results happen ALL THE TIME....EVERY YEAR. One loss in November doesn't mean a team is going to be bad. This isn't football.
Kansas lost to Dayton last season in a Thanksgiving tournament. A Dayton team that was 2-3 at the time with losses to such powerhouses as UMass-Lowell, Lipscomb, and Austin Peay. Kansas was able to shake that early season loss and win the National Championship. Arkansas lost to Hofstra last season...before going 13-5 in the SEC and reaching the Elite 8.
In 2018-19 LSU got blown out in a Thanksgiving tournament by an Oklahoma St. team that would finish with a losing record and second to last in the Big 12. LSU ended up wining the SEC with a 16-2 conference record.
A loss tomorrow, while disappointing, would not be a reason to cancel the season. In fact, it wouldn't be terribly surprising given it would just be game 5 of a new team and new staff trying to build continuity. It is foolish to overreact either way to ONE game in November or December

That’s not how it works. Lots of time to improve.

With about 20 seconds left he jumped up to block a layup, but hit the other player on the head and fouled him. Didn't seem to even bother the fouled player. A different Illinois State player seemed to take offense and got into it with Cam Hayes and shoved Hayes. The other player (Bufford) and Hayes got technicals. Didn't see anything by Ward and really Hayes didn't do anything either. The other player was probably frustrated.
