I just looked on the news article shared on facebook and everyone in the shares are talking about how he’s being railroaded or falsely accused because the woman is looking for a pay out .

The defense never filed the appropriate motions to get the state's evidence?
Bodycam footage this deep in the case is only now being produced. That is on the defense.

The victim was on the news yesterday and said she was positive that Holly was the one who shot her. Defense will fight to keep her off the witness stand. Not looking good for our RB.

I've been rooting for this kid but it sounds like he's F'ed.

Definitely doesn't look good. Also could be why BK is going after 2 RBs this cycle might need a 3rd from the portal. I hope for the best but plan for the worst.

There have been countless times where guys have been falsely accused of crimes by women. Just because she said this doesn’t mean it’s what happened.
Also, he already got the “attempted murder” charge dropped. Figured that meant they at least knew he wasn’t the one who shot the victim, but maybe that’s because it was 2 bystanders that got shot - I would assume neither was the intended target.

Have you ever been to criminal court? Body cams, statements, evidence, suddenly appearing from the State is common occurrence.

So he’s not charged with hurting anyone. You would think they could work out a plea deal with a non custodial sentence.
