Every AD is a figure head.They all answer to hire ups and never do things on their own.If the big time donors want something they get it.If wealthy boosters want a coach they tell the AD go get him or her.Verge and other LSU ADs are told what to do.

This is also exactly what all of the people now praising him have said about him for years. Hell, a year ago today, half of this board was freaking out anytime someone said that BK wasn’t a top 5 coach in college football.
