You mean that La Tech defense that had half of its starters injured for our game? Even if they were healthy, it was still La Tech.

My biggest problem with this post is that Brenham isn't 5A.

Interesting that we play McNeese in Death Valley next year. Can only imagine the reception he would receive

With a good QB, McNeese has the weaponry to win a national championship, I think JL would fit in great here at McNeese because of the offense Viator likes to run.

That would be awesome for both Lee and McNeese.

Please. Please stop. Don't do this. You're only going to draw heat down on Lee, which he doesn't deserve.

I personally would like to see him stay at LSU in case JJ goes down. He can still develope/learn, heck may even get a new OC that can coach him better than he's been coached so far. The kid was an elite 11 quarterback in high school who was thrown into a tough situation last year by his OC who put him in very bad spots with playcalling. I say let him stay and compete!

I don't disagree that McNeese would want him and could use him should he decide to transfer. But...do you honestly think he is better than what McNeese had at QB this year? It's not even close

i take great offense in this. where have I made any mean comments? check my history, I am a loyal, passionate, optimistic LSU Tiger Football fan. Is this where you want to be when Jesus comes back? Calling well intentioned people morons on a sports message board?

Yes, granted JL has thrown quite a few interceptions, but if he take that out of his stats, he's a pretty good quarterback, then you are looking at him in FCS with Champlain Babin in the backfield with him, he would be a great fit considering that Fourroux is gone next year and MSU is in need of a QB.

setting records in high school does not exactly mean a whole lot.. regardless what competition it was against.

i still don't think lee will ever be a natural qb. he didnt play qb until his junior year in high school.. yes he has a good arm.. but he doesn't make reads.. and he doesn't possess leadership skills of a quarterback. i understand he's a good guy and i'm not a j lee hater.. he doesn't progress either..

Take away Shipley, and McCoy can't spell completion.
