No he doesn't. But if Harris is suspended for 4 games and they are just picking and choosing those games, then it gives the appearance that he is having multiple issues and is getting suspended over and over, when that may not be the case.
It makes the player look bad. Clarification would be for Harris' benefit and keep him from being bashed on social media as being in constant trouble.
This is all assuming he is serving a suspension, which may not be true.

I’m not a big fan of Jordy but Tack is Harris’s stepdad so based on Jordys relationship w Tack I would say he is probably going to play. Of course that is 2 weeks away so Harris could do something stupid between now and then to screw that up.
