Bech had 1 for 23 today.
I will never forget the drop against Alabama it happens but I think that turned the tide (pun intended) in that game.

seems he's been working his tail off. he definitely lost some explosiveness his last year at LSU but I think all the negativity inspired him to prove he can be what he was before his senior year and that is one of the best WRs in the country.

6-103. Good to see him making a difference.
He has a great opportunity with a young QB and new HC to continue to grow with this OFF and contribute. Keep working KB & good luck!

He had one really spectacular game vs Ole Puss in 2020 where he broke the freshman receiving record and was just ok after that.
Whatever. Dude was a TD machine just before the injury.
In the first 5 games of 2021 (the 5 immediately after Ole Miss in 2020), he scored 9 TDs. With at least 1 TD every game. He didn't score vs Kentucky, which is when he got hurt.
If you factor in Florida and Ole Miss, he caught 13 TD passes over a 7 game span.
Anyway, glad he's healthy and making it in the NFL.

Boutte was pretty garbage at times in 2022.
Glad he’s doing well now. Maybe he has finally fully recovered from the 2021 injury.

Also, in the game he got hurt he was the only player who looked like he cared and was giving 200%. It was a shame.

The guy is just getting healthy again. He always had the talent but it was clear he was still fighting getting back to his standard.

He was always an extremely talented kid. He just thought Brian Kelly was a “hoe” (his words not mine).

My man, he was a monster in 2021 until he broke his ankle. 508 yards and 9 TDs in 5.5 games. He wasn't 100% in 2022. He didn't just break his ankle, he had ligament damage too. It was obvious he didn't have the same burst in 2022 and was still recovering. He also had huge games against Alabama and Florida in 2020.

I always knew if he was able to fully recover form his leg injury, he woul be a star. His last year with us, he was nowhere close to his 2020-21 form. He would have been much closer if he had played in 2022 like he wanted, but he probably still wouldn't be all the way back from the injury. Probably would be fully healied, but it still takes time for the explosiveness to return after an injuyry like that.
Glad he's doing well and he always reps LSU

Exactly. Some of our fans attacked him but it was pretty clear he wasn't the same WR as before the injury in 2022.
