I have never understood it either. Now if I was her Dad would I be completely comfortable with the sexy poses and swim suit modeling? Probably not.
But she has done nothing that I am aware of that is embarrassing to her, her family or LSU. She seems to always conduit herself in a respectful manner.

My only issue has been her hypocrisy - she claims to be a role model for young girls. Not my girls, thankfully.

You dont want a national champion, college level gymnast, worth millions of dollars that dates a mlb allstar as a role model because she poses in a swimsuit occasionally? You pa paws are so outta touch with reality. What has she done thats so morally unacceptable? Not one sex tape, not one nude, not one derogatory remark, not one public meltdown, not one rehab stay but a huge pos because shes on tik tok with 50mil other people.

To the "she doesn't even start!" Baws. She currently is hurt (knee), and yes she is an alternate in a lot of events. Most of you idiots fail to realize how good a gymnast you have to have to be to even get an offer from LSU much less be a 5 year performer on the team.

We met her a year ago and she talked with my 7 year old daughter for ten minutes like they were sisters. She was very sweet and genuine in the interaction.

Until 2021 the stars getting press were the ones making plays on the field or court. She really hasn’t done this since NIL started. Many are just tired of seeing her overly pushed in supposed sports articles or topics about LSU sports for non-LSU accomplishments over players’ accomplishments while playing for LSU.
When she wins or leads team to victory in a gymnastic meet for LSU I would gladly read about her accomplishment. I actually clicked on this thread thinking it might finally be LSU sports related for once. I gave the mentioning of ESPN too much significance in this regard. I should have realized that’s just never the case anymore especially in threads on the Rant and the OT.
