I have a hard time believing any school will be offering 34 scholarships right off the bat.

If it was implemented this year, Woods, Meyer, Thompson, either Yamin or priester, Dorsey, and Beck probably wouldn’t be on the roster.

They also have a minor league system to call players up when needed. They aren’t limited to the 26 the start with.
