Has there ever been a player who misses the rim from three point land by a wider margin than givens? He literally assaults the backboard with the most fantastic bricks I've ever seen

I really don't understand how a consensus four-star guard could be such a poor perimeter shooter. Maybe I can understand if he had Ja Morant type explosiveness but he doesn't have that part of the game either. I don't know what he could have done in high school to impress enough to be a four-star
