Are you saying that Bayou Traditions has no say over what merch is sold through e-lete sports?

They definitely have a say in what merch they sell.

They have no say in who or how many players want to sell their own merch on e-lete sports website.

Obviously they’re not allowed to sell LSU branded items

Why not? They're scratching and clawing and begging for money to pay the players. It's not like it's some kind of shady business taking advantage of the school.

What a joke

You lack a basic knowledge of what NIL is.

Players can not make $ off of the school’s brand & logo, but off of their own name, image, & likeness

Maybe that changes with “revenue sharing” but probably not

Exactly. Just make better merch. Again, a black shirt with a tiger emoji doesn’t help market Bayou Traditions at all. It’s just a dumb, lazy design that they threw up there.

Just give them the option. You don’t have to force them into it.

I’m sure they do..
That’s a stretch from this statement

every LSU athlete should have merch through Bayou Traditions.

I like their version of Mike better than most of the "official" branded stuff

There are plenty that do… through e-lete sports

Obviously you’re still not grasping that e-lete sports is a separate company from Bayou Traditions

That hoodie is 100 times better than anything posted in the OP. Did the OP just cherry pick the shittiest items and post them, and conveniently ignored all the decent merchandise? He didn't even bother posting the link.

If I had to guess there is maybe some NCAA rules against it.

You can decide LINK

There are some decent items considering the cause it supports

a collaboration between E-lete Sports and Bayou Traditions Collective, the Official Collective of LSU Athletics. With each purchase, you’re not just getting premium apparel; you’re contributing directly to support LSU’s athletic programs

Yeah, the OP just picked the worst merchandise he could find and then posted it to complain. Looks like Bayou Traditions has already done exactly what some of us said they should (which the OP conveniently omitted). Should have known better than to take some of these posters word at face value.

I'd wear like 75% of what's listed. OP is just a moron.

LSU can’t have nice things and it has nothing to do with LSU and EVERYTHING to do with our horrible fans.

For weeks we’ve been demanding LSU give something in return for Bayou Traditions donations so they do and now this thread is made to shite on them.

Y’all are insufferable motherfrickers who can’t be pleased. Put up or shut the frick up.
