I don't condone this behavior but as mentioned Orange Guy was talking shite and lost his cool and put his hands on the LSU fan. I got no dog in this fight but the video shows assault plain and simple. You are the idiot.

The lsu guys weren't messing with the younger clemson fans that were by them earlier. At least as far as I can tell as they were all smiles and cutting up. This guy was a fly in the ointment and did so right next to very drunk people

The worst I've been to was probably Georgia in 04 I believe. UGA fans were throwing things from the top row at LSU fans that were leaving early.
I don't remember the year, but leaving the south Carolina stadium walking in the huge grass parking lots where the fairgrounds are had USC fans throwing ice at me.
Walking down the street to get breakfast the morning of the West Virginia game had a car driving by throw coins at us. This was the same week where the school asked their fans to be nice to the LSU fans because they were trying to get into the SEC.
Those were examples of times the home team fans threw something at me. A double bird is tame compared to that. Florida is cocky as hell when they are good and quiet and polite when they aren't. Nicest was probably during the zook era

That Clemson dude looks like a huge douche. You just know he was probably talking shite the whole game so the kid gave it back to him. While it may be trashy to give the double bird like that you don’t get to lose it like that

I have been to many LSU vs Florida games in Gainesville out here and trust me I have wanted to throw hands a few times but I am not stupid. Some of the worst talkers were older dudes like Mr.Orange in this video. Every fanbase has their douche nozzles but only one person can make the right or wrong decision and Mr. Clemson made the wrong choice and it's on video. I don't know if charges were pressed but if they were it's on him not dumbass LSU fan.

I've wanted to do this to so many bama fans. In Tiger Stadium one year, a bama fan wore a shirt that said "Got Saban??". With a big pic of Nick, then under it said "We Do!!". (Think the Got Milk ads back in the day)
The Gump with the dumb shirt, was so obnoxious, and an absolute arse. Then J. Lee threw 3 picks (1 in overtime right in front of me) and bama won on a QB sneak, and I wanted to choke slam that guy in the dumb shirt. He turned around and yelled right on my face with horrible breath that smelled like cigarettes and arse. Thank God my Dad was there to keep the peace.
(In truth I knew what was coming and that was the worst part. Saban and I got to LSU the same year, he was MY coach. Even had a cool arse dog named Nick)
