Brad Edwards is projecting NIU to make it in to the top 16. He says their computer score will bump them. He does clarify that it isn't set in stone.

Oklahoma versus LSU would be the best bowl game outside of the national championship game in my opinion ... It is basically a BCS game matchup

They were 18/19 coaches/harris last week and 23 in the computers. I highly doubt their computer rank will mimic their human poll rankings.

that it is. all the rest of the non bcs bowl games are meh as far as the quality of teams and how they match up.

LSU-OU would be the 2nd or 3rd best game of all games, including BCS

What makes you think that Alleva had anything to do with this....if indeed it does happen? More likely is that UGA's AD stuck up for them and got them into the Cap One. Cotton Bowl doesn't really want A&M because of bad blood between them and the Big 12, and A&M has been to the CB a zillion times.

Not saying it wont help them but their computer rank was a bit lower last week. They will need that computer rank probably no lower than 17 to have a shot for #16 BCS. I dont see that...will be close, but im not so sure about that.

Yea, that's awful. Talk about snooze fests. That is, of course, if NIU gets in the top 16. LSU-OU might be the best matchup of the entire bowl season, including the NCG, if it comes to pass.
