This was my concern with Cowan at times last year.
Doesn't have an overpowering fastball which led to a lot 2-strike pitches that were fouled off or put in play.

This is a scrappy bunch we're playing. After facing us, their schedule is all downhill. Should have a good season.

It's funny because all these Milwaukee players look pale as a ghost compared to the LSU team because they're stuck inside for the last 4 months in frigid temps

I live in Michigan and it is finally over 32 degrees for the first time since early November and there is about 20 inches of snow out there

Interested to see what Fontenot can do here. Supposedly the staff is very high on him. I think he only pitched a handful of innings for us last year, IIRC.
