At this point I'm convinced the LSU offense literally cant be stopped and an opponent's best bet is to try to outscore them.

It's funny how they have it in their minds that we're "underestimating" them, but they don't even know that we have a first team All-SEC back who is averaging nearly 7 yards per carry, and that we have two thousand yard receivers, THREE receivers with over 10 TD's, and a tight end who has become a star, even though the publications have failed to properly recognize him.
I don't like to waste my time arguing with fans who want to talk smack, because most of that is just fans being fans, and trying to convince themselves that their team is the best thing ever. But when they say "LSU only has one weapon, and that's Burrow", that just shows that they don't even watch anything outside of their team. How do they think they know what WE think, when they apparently live in a bubble?

Shelvin has been an absolute unit in the middle. He was my pick for break out player this year and hasn't disappointed.
I didn't mention him because I was talking about the d-line guys who have been injured this year. When healthy, our DL is legit.

I thought that they weren't so bad but to predict winning 38-28 just shows that they haven't watched LSU this year. OU loses if they only score 38.
Also, we see our own defense as improved and fully healthy while they see certain games like Ole Miss, etc. and say that our DL is weak. As long as our LBs perform OU will be in trouble.

These are fans talking not the team. This will be a good back and fourth till the middle of the 3rd quarter IMO. Were just a better team. Only way they stay in it is if they play above their heads and we don’t.

This fact is what leads me to believe it will be a 21-24 point win or higher. Their Dline is extremely undisciplined at maintaining containment while rushing. The alley's for Joe to step up or escape will be massive going by the tape.
CEH will have at least 1 or 2 big gains on a draw play if it is called on one of their blitzes I saw. It puts the MLB in deep third coverage coming from 2 yards off the LOS. He has to turn and sprint 15 yards or more with his back to the ball leaving a massive void in his wake. If Joe recognizes that blitz call he will make the correct presnap adjustments and destroy them. It will be fun to watch it all unfold.

It is truly a futile situation trying to show a fan that doesn't at least watch 1 game from the opponent why LSU will exploit them and score almost at will.
It is so easy these days to find a film study online and see schemes and weaknesses of teams you may have not seen live. Even if you dont totally agree with the person producing it you can make your own conclusions and see how it plays out.
Meanwhile the average fan locked into only his team can only say idiotic crap like "they are so overrated we will stomp them!" Thanks for the deep dive and reasoning champ!
LSU will consistently find wide open receivers and abuse undisciplined blitzes that lose containment. Meanwhile the defense has 2 targets to concern themselves with. Jalen breaking containment and Lamb in the slot vs our nickles and safeties.
Jalen rarely even looks at other receivers and completes a horrid percentage to any not named Cee Dee. Therefore bracket coverages and containment/spy defenses will slow OU enough for LSU to win comfortably.
TLDR - OU is soooooo overrated LSU will curb stomp them!

If he turns his back to the LOS, the next thing he’ll see is Jefferson racing him to the goal line. Joe will slant them to death. I predict you would see that exactly once, because Riley is a pretty smart guy.
