I think he has somebody lined up. You don't do this unless you have the ball rolling with other coaches. Getting rid of 4 guys on your defensive staff shows the reviews, interviews at year end wasn't good for any of them.
If speculating CBK wasn't happy and has giving the greenlight for the new DC to have a big say in who he brings in. I like where this is going.

Exactly, a coach making millions cannot trust a recruit with any confidential information.
