Tendonitis is nothing. Its a pain in the arse, but ibuprofen, ice, a brace, and a game day shot is all you can do.

I had tendinitis and the doc told me that I could resume activity without causing damage, it’s just about managing pain and whatever you can tolerate. The trainers will help him with that, he’s good.
