Not only that, NFL evaluation is pretty famous for seeing through the bs and reading into the character of a player. They will poke you in some weird ways to get reads, and its tenfold for QBs, the leaders of their teams.

Nuss sucked on another level bad. Lucky to be a free agent and make a practice squad.

Nobody does that.
The guys from the 2011 team still won’t spill about 1/9/2012 and they have nothing to lose.

How is being truthful throwing someone under a bus?
Because it shows you accept no accountability or aren't intelligent enough to offer a reasonable explanation.

It would be a really bad idea for him to trash his coaches in interviews . It doesn’t matter how true it is. He’ll come off looking bad.

If you're asked a question, and you give honestly answer, how is that not accepting accountability?

I doubt Bust ever takes a single game snap in the NFL.

The NFL will see right through his BS real quick
His "Injury" excuse will fall apart real quick once they start poking around

The best approach, I believe, is to honestly tell teams/coaches "between my injury and offensive line woes, I couldn't attempt or complete certain throws, and I was hesitant to run and risk aggravating or further injuring myself. However, I'm fully healed now, all my abilities are back at pre-injury levels, and I look forward to working out for you to prove this."
The NFL isn't buying that bs

He’s simply not an NFL quarterback.

If I’m Nuss, I admit my off season workout was nonexistent.

Let's see how he does at combine. I'm thinking second or third round.

You can’t blame anyone for your own lack of performance. Regardless of the system he was in, there’s a reasonable amount of success that can be taken away. However, he did not provide any level of success and seemed to digress as the season went on.

Nuss stands to gain nothing by blaming anyone for his performance in any year that he has played.
OK, maybe not under the Bus, but at least in the bus!

But the NFL teams are going to ask why such a drop off in production
Are they really? Isn’t that kind of their job to know and the purpose of the evaluation process?

Nuss was injured. The injury lingered and it obviously affected him
The Knee strain and abdominal injury both happened during practice from what I have read, big question why a QB key player on a team participating in contact practice.
Abdominal injuries are a real thing, had one and lasted two years mainly because I never really stayed off the golf course long enough to let it fully heal.
