I don't follow baseball much, esp. MLB. At what round to they tend to come back to college or just use the school as a bargaining chip?

You don't know that anymore than I did. It's easy to act like you knew something after the fact. I had HOPED we might get someone like Boissiere, if he had slipped enough in the draft. Obviously, that didn't happen.

I wonder if Jay Johnson can persuade some of these guys with NIL? I mean hell...they could make a couple thousand bucks to play in a shitty ball park with 100 fans for the next 4 years in the minors, or come to LSU and make a couple thousand bucks to play in front of 10k+ screaming fans.

Lansville is the #167 overall draft prospect on MLB...nice pull for LSU.

Probably famous last words here but I highly doubt, at least early on here, we'll be seeing many baseball players make hundreds of thousands in a year from NIL.
