He's already gotten McManus as well as a recruiting class behind this.

The could make enough to support and pay their tuition/fees/room/food though. Which would be like filling in for scholarships that currently don't exist which no other sport has to deal with. No, there may not be a 100k+ athlete in cleats but if it happens, it could be at a place like LSU which has a ton of baseball support.

Cole Lansvillie is Baton Rouge bound.
I assume Hill, and Ben Kudrna are gone.
So out of Marceaux, Jensen, Selvidge, and Moller, do any of them have a shot at making it to campus or in Marceaux’s case return to campus? I would guess that maybe we don’t get Selvidge, but would love to be able to get one of the 2 catchers on campus. Marceaux ended up a pretty decent pick so I guess he may be going to the league as well?

I hate to say this but all 4 guys drafted in the 4th round or lower is gone. No way those guys don’t sign a pro deal.

Yeah but mcmanus is a 1 year guy, this is more about who the catcher will be in 2023-2024

Dont really see him as a starting catcher with how poor defensively he is, but who knows what our other options might realistically be. I saw McManus as a backup catcher mostly DH option if Berry starts a field position.
