No but let me hold yours for a bit. You said that you would take Guidry over JT. You can post all the JT stats you want but they only matter relative to Guidry’s stats. The only info we currently have on Guidry is he wasn’t ready at the plate or in the field.

As of now, JT is better.

So, what information are you aware of, that seems to be alluding everyone else, definitely shows that Guidry will be better than JT next year?

Well we know Kramer was selected in the 4th round as a Senior and signed for $150k.

With a nearly $500k slot value. It was an exaggeration but you lose all leverage when you are out of eligibility

They're waiting for the trash can signals?

They're waiting for the Cardinals to exit the excel spreadsheet to they can open it up?

I think that's all I got.

Making me a tad irritated. I'm ready to log out and go home.

ETA: broadcast just ended. Guess that's it for today. Any one know what that's about?

With better guys available next year I can't imagine him having a spot to come back. Right?

That would be very much WRONG.

And Thompson had done better prior to CWS, he tanked hard both of these there, is what it is, but Thompson has been better and we've seen better from him.

Guidry is not some slam dunk like you think he is. He had 6 errors in the fall over like 20 scrimmages, he was far from being a polished SS, and after spending this whole season pitching he probably wouldnt beat thompson out at SS having to move back there and get reps there again if Thompson did come back.

There's A LOT WORSE than what we saw from Thompson this year. It's almost like you completely forget we had Hal Hughes here not that long ago.

Hal hit .174/.289/.188 his last full season here, but hey he fielded .961 (whoopie when you hit THAT terribly)

I think we're good on commits more than likely unless they really just don't want to come to school and back of their number significantly.

The Pirates still look like they could make big offers in the second half of the draft.

None, but I'd like to believe LSU has someone more than capable of producing at least similar stats if not better. I'd like to see someone with
more upside at short. Guidry should not be the only option.

However, 100% Thompson starts at SS if he returns.

Cant believe Cooper and Ack weren't drafted over some of the jackwads I saw in the 9th and 10th
Could they be back?

I think the models they use factor in age quite a bit. 21 is pretty old if you aren’t a proven stud

Making it to day three is a whole different ballgame now. There are no guarantees, but that initial 5% of him making it to campus has been shredded.

This is the second thread where you have come in and done nothing but crap all over a current LSU player.

Show me where hes crapping all over him? Its his opinion that JT cant get any better and its time to let Guidry have first crack at that spot. I have the same opinion. If his opinion you dont agree with then you dont have to get upset bro.

I would have no issue with Thompson coming back. He’s a veteran and most people would disagree but I think he has a lot of room to improve/get better. There’s value in having a few seniors on your team. Just look at this past year.
