It’s real simple..if you don’t want to attend a game..no one is forcing you. Isn’t freedom great?

Alleva would have forfeited all the games.

Let’s objectively review reality vs what you want to have happen.
I love this sentiment that the stadium will be full. I really do.
But let’s live in reality - You aren't getting 103k in Tiger Stadium on 9/5 for UT-San Antonio. Sorry. Even if there was no virus, you'd have trouble giving away those tickets. 9/12 against Texas? Sure.
Either way -- anyone thinking that the stadium will be at full capacity on 9/5 or 9/12 is deluded. We are in Phase 2 until July 25th at the earliest, but we're going to have 100k in Tiger Stadium 40 days later.
This isn't a commentary on freedoms, or the constitution, or politics -- it's mostly a commentary on using logic and reason. Governments at every level shut literally everything down for going on 110 days...you really think they are all going to say "whelp, nevermind, everyone just go back to what you were doing before"? Prepare yourself for the reality, and then maybe you'll be surprised at the end result.
We have restaurants closing for 2-3 days for cleaning because of one staff member getting a positive test. But y’all think that in September 100k are going to be in the stadium?
I just can’t see it.

I can see it. Packed stadium for LSU football in September. Watch and you’ll see it when it happens. I see it now.

All this “not until the vaccine” discussion is such horseshite. Experts can’t even get the flu vaccine right yearly. Only 40% of US gets flu vaccine each year.

The New Orleans mayor is threatening to shut down again because maybe that will TEACH YOU TO LISTEN TO AUTHORITAHH!!!!

quote:look, I agree that the virus is overblown (except for the elderly and compromised folks) and we need to reopen the nation and let individuals decide what risks they want to take. So I'm with you there.
You have to be a genuine idiot to believe this. This is being used to drown the American economy and you're playing right into it with your doomsaying
I'm merely acknowledging that college football won't work this fall. What happens if 1 player tests positive. The rest of the players on his team have been exposed, and coaches too. Are the schools going to allow that team to play another team, and possibly infect opposing players. And multiply that by 130 - and that's just for FBS. You'd have teams having to hold out groups of players every week. It just won't work.
So I just don't see football being allowed this fall. I'm sure the school administrations and NCAA know that potential liability is huge.
Again, I'm not happy about it, but I'd best my house that I'm right.

If he gets sick he takes off until he can play again....same way with any illness.

So....this happens every season with other illnesses. If they get sick they stay home until they can play or coach again.

This literally happens every year with every virus out there....If you get sick you sit out until you can play again.

I think Woodward has better insight on this subject than you do, BearCrocs-o-shite.

There will be a vaccine for this in the Fall.

They’re trying to sell the TAF seat rights and have to send the message that they’re hopeful to keep the NON REFUNDABLE payments coming in.

Are they going to flash the BLM Logo during the National Anthem. Will the players drop to one knee during the National Anthem? Will they even play the NA?
So many questions......so few answers.

If Bill Gates has an experimental vaccine for you that it's on record it's going to kill you why on earth would you take it? Masks are a symbol of your slavery and submission until there's a vaccine they'll try and force you to take

How effective will this vaccine be? You obviously can see the future. Will it be single or double stage vaccine?
