bingo. they got spoiled with the 10 walks we gave them first game. our hitters faced the same strike zone. we beat their ace pitcher who was 14-0. and beat them again with our 4th string starter!

That 13-1 Game was an arse-kicking to be sure, but that game was really over at 4-0. Most of the rest of the damage was done against LSU pitchers who were never going to pitch unless we were way behind, just to eat innings. Baseball is the one sport where predicting future outcomes based on one game is just stupid. Pitching causes too much variation.
