A or C. We were still in the lead v. Bama. We were behind and had to have the other two in order to win.

This is an interesting post, really puts in perspective of how much JL did for us last year without truly being acknowledged for it. Interesting to think that what many perceive to be our 3rd string QB this year was the difference in an 11-2 season and a 8-5 season last year.....

Exactly. It is funny how many people seem to want to discount this and hype the "JJ won 11" games last season myth.

I don't think we can really pick A. Tenn won that game for us, not lee.

A. Without "A" that team would have imploded and there would have been no B or C.

there are very few ppl who do that, and pretty much each time they assert it, there are about twice as many who say "don't forget what Lee did".

This should have no bearing on what Lee did on fourth down earlier in the drive.

Remember, Lee was not in the game when that clusterfrick happened.

Add to that, if we would have lost the game, this would not even be in the list of choices.

So kindly, GTFO with that.

Pretty lame to say Lee, JJ or any single player won any game that involves so many participants. This mostly comes from people who've never suited up I imagine.

I think the Tenn pass. He doesn't make that the games over. UF we had another chance and Bama we were winning. I was at all 3 and the Florida pass was the most exciting play in person

He definitely kept us in that game. Not arguing that. But he won the Florida game and out of the three, that should be most impressive.

You do realize without that jlee conversion we lose the game vs tenn? Its not even close which was the biggest throw.
May not he some yalls favorite throw but it is factually his biggest.

I don't think the current strter has made a throw that clutch in three fricking years.

I would say Tenn or Florida. Tenn he made up for some really poor thrown balls, and the int, with that huge 4th down pass. Game was lost without it. Florida was just huge. I don't remember too many of his patent throws that sailed for 10 seconds before dropping in the middle of the field. We could have tied and gone to OT without it, but in the Swamp it probably wouldn't have ended nicely. His pass against Bama was big don't get me wrong, but JJ and Defense won that game for us.

Fourth down vs. UT

This was clutch. I still get pissed that we actually tried to make a QB switch with 30 seconds left.

It wasn't the QB switch that got me, although I was pissed that the coaches didn't give Lee the chance to close it out. It was the switching from big set to a four wideout set. TOO many players with TOO little time.

Thank everything holy that Dooley, or whoever called that switch, was confused to shite.
