If we get a good OL coach, we should only need 1 portal guy on that unit. We have a lot of young guys on the OL, but they just need to improve each practice and each game.

I think we're going to be ok.
If it's Kiffin, he
a) has shown to be a good portal navigator
b) has also shown to develop offensive guys way beyond their expectations
c) can scheme offenses to hide holes
On the defensive side, if we don't have a mass defection (tying up Kiffin or whoever, in a hurry, seems to be key), I think we're ok. Should have solid secondary returning, with Pickett, Woodland and Spears, plus whoever may be in the pipeline that Raymond is working on.
D-line seems solid.
Need linebackers, would be nice to recruit a few.
This would be with any coach, including Kelly returning.
The ideal situation going forward would be to have a couple recruiters (say Frank for overall, and Raymond for the secondary) bringing in high school talent, so you can wean off the portal. That shouldn't be to restock your team yearly, it should be to add 1-2 pieces to go from good to great.
